About Wild Steep

Wild Steep is a UK-based online retailer of curated loose leaf teas and botanical blends. Our registered address and contact details are available on request via info@wildsteep.co.uk.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we are unable to supply an item, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged when your order is dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. See our Delivery & Shipping page for full details on rates and timeframes.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used tea products cannot be returned. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

If you are in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and allergen information are accurate. However, due to the natural variation in botanical ingredients, appearance and flavour may vary slightly between batches.

All herbal and tea products are sold as food items, not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before consuming herbal products.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Wild Steep or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Steep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered.
