Dispatch & Tracking
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our workshop.
Packaging
Every order is packed in recyclable or compostable materials. We use kraft paper, cardboard and paper tape — no plastic.
