Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every blend. If something is not right, we will make it simple.

Our Returns Promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item that is unopened and in its original condition. We offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges — your choice.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened tea bags or tins in original packaging
  • Gift sets that have not been unsealed
  • Merchandise in unworn condition with tags attached

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@wildsteep.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Drop off at your nearest post office using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, simply let us know which blend or product you would like instead. We will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged goods unless we ask.

Gift Returns

If you received Wild Steep as a gift, you can still return it within 30 days. We can issue a store credit or exchange — just include the gifter's name or order number if you have it.
