Using the heart infuser
The 14cm stainless steel heart holds a teaspoon of leaf, clips shut and sits in a mug or cup. Rinse it warm after brewing and it keeps going long after the pouch is finished — which is why the set reads as a piece of kit, not a one-off treat.
Everything is blended, boxed and hand-tied in Greater Manchester, and UK delivery is free on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — worth ordering early for Christmas post.
1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Fill the infuser, steep 3–5 minutes in freshly boiled water (80°C for the Darjeeling). Rinse the infuser and use it again.
